Final Sale Policy
Every sale is final. Exchanges or refunds are not available. Before completing your purchase, please check your order one more time.
Shipping Liability
Any loss or damage that occurs during shipping is not our responsibility. The postal service is in charge of the package after it is shipped.
Shipping Details
- For U.S. Customers: Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, within the United States. Tracking is available and USPS Priority shipping is used.
- Estimated Delivery Time: After a tracking number is provided, the majority of packages arrive in 3–7 days. Depending on the postal carrier, delivery times can change.
For Delays or Issues
Customers must submit a claim to their local postal service if there are any delays or problems after the package has left our warehouse. Below are some helpful links:

Lost or Stolen Packages
- A postal service claim number is needed for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. To process a reshipment, this number needs to be provided.
- It is also necessary to file a claim with the postal service if a package is marked as “Delivered” but is not found. For increased security, reshipments can be sent to an updated address or will include signature verification.
