What is the minimum age requirement?

Can I get a refund or exchange?
- All sales are final; orders with a tracking number are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
- Products from a different batch of the same strain as the original order will be used as replacements, if qualified.
- Orders can be modified even if they don’t have a tracking number.
- Only if a package with a tracking number is returned to the sender undamaged and unopened will it be refunded. Only the shipping charge is reimbursed in these circumstances; all other expenses are not.

Packages typically arrive three to seven days after being shipped, and orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California.

You can track your package by visiting USPS Tracking. This service is available for orders within the USA and internationally.

Delivery & Shipment Policies – Rocket Weed Shop
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges can be provided.
- Loss or damage during transit is not the responsibility of Rocket Weed Shop.
- Orders for US customers, including all 50 states and US territories, are shipped domestically.
- Shipments are processed from Los Angeles, California, via USPS Priority Tracking.
- Packages usually arrive within 3–7 days after the tracking number is issued. However, delivery times may vary based on the postal carrier.
- For delays or problems after the package leaves the warehouse:
- Customers must file a claim with their local mail carrier.

- For packages lost in transit or stolen:
- A Postal Service claim number is required to process a reshipment.
- For packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:
- A Postal Service claim number is required for further action.
- Secondary shipments must include signature verification or an updated address.
