Return and Refund Policy
All sales at Rocket Weed Shop are final. There are no exchanges or refunds available.
It is not possible to exchange or refund orders that have tracking numbers. Should you require replacement seeds, they will be from batches of the same strain that you originally ordered.
Order Modifications
Order modifications are only permitted if a tracking number has not yet been assigned.
Refund Exceptions
Items that have tracking numbers are only eligible for refunds if the package is marked “returned to sender,” is undamaged, and exhibits no indications of tampering. Only the shipping cost will be reimbursed after delivery. The remaining fees are not refundable.
